How do I Use ParentPay?
ParentPay is a secure, online payment service which will provide a more convenient way to pay for school meals, trips, breakfast club and playcentre.
It is therefore important that you activate your account with a current email address, you can request a copy of your activation code from the schools main office.
The benefits of paying online are:
- Freedom to make payments whenever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Full payment history and statements available at any time
- Reminders are emailed when a payment deadline is approaching
- Reduces the worry of money being lost or stolen and having the peace of mind that the technology used is of the highest internet security available
School Dinners
If your child is not in receipt of Universal Free School Meals, and is not eligible for Free School Meals their daily meal intake will be added onto Parentpay. Parents/carers will need to log in to their account and pay for their child’s daily meals.
After School Clubs & Playcentre
Each term after school club payment items are added to Parentpay. Once you have completed the after school club google form, the school office will add your selection onto Parentpay. All clubs need to be paid beforehand.
Trips
Any school trips that require payment will be added to Parentpay and assigned to your account. Most trips will have a scheduled date for payment or the option to pay in 3 instalments.
